Recommend for a swift stopover

Comfortable room, pleasant staff, and the big bed ensured a lovely night's sleep, and the large outdoor pool and quick access to a beautiful beach made our stay memorable.

The seaside location was stunning, and the food exceeded my expectations with remarkable a la carte options like delicious Italian dishes. The attentive staff truly made us feel valued throughout our stay.

This hotel claims to be a 5-star, but it fails miserably. Upon arrival, we were met with cold, sarcastic staff who clearly lacked training in service excellence. Not only was over 90% of the staff unable to communicate in English, this made our experience incredibly frustrating. The food quality was disappointingly poor, far below any standard I expected, stripping away the atmosphere of a true luxury experience.

We enjoyed our week-long stay with plenty of amenities for the kids, including a nice kids club. The drinks were hit or miss, so be sure to clarify your order. Beautiful grounds make family strolls delightful!

I absolutely loved the friendly atmosphere at Merit Park Hotel Casino & Spa! The staff were incredibly helpful and made our stay unforgettable. The food was delicious, with plenty of variety, and the room was impeccably clean and comfortable. The garden was a lovely spot for evening strolls.

Incredible experience with amazing staff!

The stay included wonderfully comfortable rooms and a great swimming pool that provided a perfect atmosphere for relaxation. The guest services were exceptional, especially at the reception, and the staff went out of their way to ensure enjoyment, including serving fantastic shisha. The food was delicious, particularly the takeaway options that satisfied diverse tastes.

The seaside views were amazing, and we enjoyed the lovely Italian restaurant. The gym had everything we needed for a good workout.

I was blown away by the lovely beachfront setup, where I could dive right into the shimmering blue waters! The staff, bringing me delicious meals at the multiple exquisite dining options-think mouthwatering Italian that was on par with the best in Italy! My luxurious room was a true haven, spacious with fine views of the coastline 🌊
